Have you tried out our Remote Deposit Capture yet?  All you need to do is download our app to get started in the approval process. 701013_11155185

We have helpful clues along the way to walk you thru the process:

  • Upon completion, an email notification will be sent to you.
  • If we have any difficulties processing your remote deposit, an email will be sent to you specifying why your deposit was rejected.
  • We post deposits twice-daily Monday thru Friday– 10:30am and 2:30pm CST– for your convenience.
  • So remember, even if you scan your check on Monday morning at 8am the deposit will not be available until the 10:30am posting. The same holds true for the weekend. If you scan your check on Friday night, the deposit will not hit your account at the credit union until the following Monday morning.
  • And if you need to have use of those funds over the weekend, in this instance it would be best to deposit at a nearby atm.

Secure – Rest assured that it’s as secure as Online Banking

Easy – Just a couple taps and clicks on your phone

App for iPhone or Android
