UPDATE: Upcoming regulations require all Remote Deposits to be endorsed with the following: your signature and “For Mobile Deposit Only”. If a check is incorrectly endorsed, it will be rejected by our system. An e-mail will be sent out requesting that the check be resubmitted with the correct endorsement.

We have helpful clues along the way to walk you through the process:

  • Upon completion, an email notification will be sent to you.
  • If we have any difficulties processing your remote deposit, an email will be sent to you specifying why your deposit was rejected.
  • We post deposits three times daily, at 7:30am, 10:30am, and 2:30pm CST, Monday through Friday, for your convenience.
  • Remember, even if you scan your check on Monday morning at 8am the deposit will not be available until the 10:30am posting. The same holds true for the weekend. If you scan your check on Friday night, the deposit will not hit your account at the credit union until the following Monday morning.
  • If you know that you will need access to the funds over the weekend, it would be best to deposit at a nearby ATM.

Deposits are posted Monday-Friday (excluding office closings) at 7:30am, 10:30am, and  2:30pm CST.
If your deposit was rejected for any reason, you will receive an email notification stating why it was rejected.
Just because your check was submitted does not mean it was deposited. Enjoy the ease of banking from wherever you are!
