July 2015 Biography: Tracy

[ 1 ] July 20, 2015 |

Regularly we will spotlight an IAA Credit Union employee for members to get to know us better and share our story.

Tracy began her career at the IAA Credit Union in October 1998 in the Member Service Department as a teller. Over her time with the Credit Union, she has held various positions such as a Member Development Representative in the Service Center, Mortgage Loan Processor, and receptionist on Saturday mornings. She currently resides in Loan Servicing as a Senior Loan Servicing Representative.

Tracy’s favorite aspect about working at the Credit Union is that her co-workers treat each other like family while also creating a bond with every member. The bond is important because it makes members feel comfortable knowing that every employee is available to assist them in any aspect possible.

Tracy has various memorable moments from her time at the Credit Union. A memorable moment is during Member Appreciation Month. Annually, during the month of October the Credit Union hosts a Hot Dog Lunch along with activities for members. Tracy loves being a part of the Hot Dog Lunch because it is fantastic to be able to mingle with members in such a fun and stress-free environment. Throughout the year, there are several fun activities that are encouraged for employees of the Credit Union to participate in. For example, for Saint Patrick’s Day, we have a lot of employees bring in a favorite dish to share. Last year, all the employees had the chance to decorate a cloverleaf for the chance to be named winner of our Saint Patrick’s Day activity.

In her spare time, Tracy loves reading novels, working on projects around the house and taking short vacations with her husband.
