Retirement Announcement

[ 5 ] August 31, 2015 |

Kathy started her career at IAA Credit Union in June 1999 as a Member Services Representative.

Over the past 15 years, Kathy has contributed an endless amount of ideas to helping the credit union grow, but has also developed lasting friendships while she has been with us. Not only has she developed personal friendships with every member that she speaks with, but also handles their financial needs. She is always up to date and educating herself with all of the credit union’s products and services to make sure she can offer a personalized product or service to each member.

Whether she is at the Main Branch or her usual spot in the IAA Building, she always has a cheerful attitude and is excited to visit with members, even if they do not have any banking business to do. They share stories with each other of exciting vacations taken in the past, family updates, the most delicious recipes, and most of all lots of laughter. Laughter is the best medicine in Kathy’s book and she will do anything she can to put a smile on anyone’s face.

Kathy is retiring September 30th, 2015 with the reception being in the IAA Auditorium from 9:00 – 10:30 am. She is looking forward to traveling out west with her husband in their RV exploring every state possible.

If you see Kathy before her retirement, please stop by to wish her well!
