Welcome Molly!

Hello IAA Credit Union Members,

My name is Molly Waasdorp and I have recently joined the IAACU team as a member development representative. I look forward to developing professional relationships with you all, as I strive to bring you the level of service you are accustomed to as IAACU members.

I am from the suburbs of Chicago, specifically Crystal Lake, but have spent the majority of my life in Dixon, Illinois. In 2016 I moved to Bloomington-Normal to pursue a bachelor’s degree in public relations, having previously achieved an associate degree in communication from Sauk Valley Community College.

Before joining the IAACU Member Development Team, I had the opportunity while in college to develop skills in advertising, sales, marketing, public relations, event planning, and technology during multiple internships and part-time jobs.

My future career goals include utilizing the art of communication to help organizations strategize to provide clients with an excellent experience that exceeds their expectations. I am confident that I will be able to utilize the skills I have acquired during previous opportunities to provide the valued members of the IAACU with the excellent experience they expect, while simultaneously developing and honing skills that will assist me in achieving my personal career goals.

During my free-time, I enjoy working out, snowboarding, reading, writing, drawing, playing and listening to music, being outside, and spending time with my family and friends.

We have been members of the IAACU for many years and have been very happy with the credit union. After seeing this article, I had to mention that for my first time ever I needed to call the Credit Union with a question last week and I got to speak with Molly! She was so incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was SO refreshing to speak to someone at a business who was so professional and willing to go out of their way to help. The call required a follow-up from her end, and she was right on top of it. Way to go, Molly! I had no idea she was so new, but that exchange brightened my day and I was amazed by her professional service! I remembered her name because I was so impressed:) In my experience, a first-class customer service representative, and I thank you!!
